BREW WELL
We’re happy to have five of our favorite brews on-tap at any time; we usually feature a small batch rotating tap as well. These are some of ’em:
LILY BAY IPA (ABV 5.5%)
Hey, IPA lovers! Yes you. This one’s for you. Classic American Pale Ale and West Coast IPA meet, harmonizing the Centennial, Cascade and Citra hops with a thread of malt, caramel and citrus.
JUMP BACK BARLEY (ABV 5.5%)
An Irish-style session beer that will have you singing (hopefully not on the bar). A draught with real body featuring caramel-like malt pairs with a touch of fruit and a roasty, mild grain flavor.
I’M ALL SET (ABV 8-9%)
Our double IPA that will bring you sunshine in one glass – but you just may want another. Subtle bread notes and sweet maltiness temper tropical fruit flavors to balance out the perfect combination of hops.
CZECH IT OUT (ABV 5%)
Our timeless pilsner-style beer that has all the classic caramel malt and hop flavors with a soft finish. It’s old-world style made with craft-brew care.
HENLEY’S HONEY BROWN (ABV 5.5%)
It’s named after our family dog. What more do you need to know? A classic English brown ale with a touch of honey make this the beer drinker’s best friend.
TWO-DOG PORTER (ABV 8%)
Your dogs can’t enjoy the flavors of coffee and chocolate in this traditional English porter, but you can. Malty, roasty with a touch of Fuggle hops (we said English!) and it finishes with a touch of sweetness.
KINEO BROWN (ABV 5%)
Rich like the north woods it stands over, our Kineo Brown will fill your palate with a nutty, roasty malt flavor and finish smoother than Moosehead Lake on a calm day.
AMBER WAVE (ABV 5%)
A classic American wheat beer showcasing the best of this malted grain that gives its cloudy appearance, but throw in some hops and a mild finish and it will clearly be a crowd favorite.
WET MY THISTLE (ABV 5.5%)
This Scottish Ale is a highlands festival in a glass. Garnet-brown in color, with significant maltiness and a high alcohol content, you might just want a wee bit o’ it to savor or you’ll be playing bagpipes and tossin’ cabers off the deck*.
*caber tossin’ not actually allowed!
MAY TREAT (ABV 5.8%)
No Spring heat, how about some May Treat? This is a light-bodied, pale-colored ale brewed in the traditional style of those ales from the German city of Köln. Featuring Hallertau hops, this is a smooth, clean ale that will give you a taste of spring, even if the weather doesn’t.
DOG-BITE BROWN (ABV 5.5%)
This traditional English brown ale isn’t as sweet as Henley and is just a tad more sour with a slight bite in the finish. This Dog still hasn’t met a beer drinker that doesn’t like it.
